Civil Engineer, RMAF Project & Implementation Division (MTU-Bina). 10 years short commission in RMAF. Involved in managing all infrastructures and buildings including airfields, runways, airport facilities, RMAF bases, accommodations and maintenance.

20 years of experience in construction industry. Lead in tendering exercise includes measurement, take-off quantities, monitor, and liaison with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate with planning, project, and account departments in the preparation of progress reports, work programme, cash flows, cost control, procurement materials, labours, plant and machineries prior to commencing and during progress new projects.

Involved in the business development of the company which also includes the corporate planning strategies, risk management, internal audit and economic evaluations.
Mostly, worked in key areas such as facilities engineering, production operations, project management, project costing, scheduling and has extensive experience dealing with the stakeholders to update on the company performance and business operations.

More than 10 years of experience in construction industry. Involve hands-on in all mechanical and electrical scope of works including planning, controlling and coordinating sequence of works on-site. Engage and liaise with utility providers throughout the project in establishing effective two-way communication between the project team and the providers to ensure smooth project development.
Responsible for designing, providing recommendations, and supervising the installation of M&E works on site. Managing the testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repairing of services installed while ensuring activities on site adhere to authority codes, projects specifications, and engineering practices.
