OUR STORY.

Perbudi Sdn. Bhd. (Perbudi) was established on 28th February 1995 by its Managing Director, Major (R) Mohd Sofian Shaikh Jaafar, a civil engineer and an ex-serviceman who had served the Royal Malaysian Air Force for 10 years prior to his venture into construction business.

At the starting line, Perbudi was awarded a Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class “D” license based on the founder‟s strength of management and technical capabilities. After 2 years and successful completion of the projects awarded, Perbudi Sdn Bhd was upgraded to PKK Class „BX‟. In view of the excellent track record, Perbudi was awarded PKK Class ‘A’ and CIDB ‘G7’ license on 20th August, 2003. It is now qualified to undertake to tender and undertake government and private sector civil engineering and buildings works exceeding RM10 Million.

The management philosophy of the founder and the directors are to be fully involved hands on with the projects ensures that the quality, time and cost expectations are delivered promptly to the clients. In ensuring this Perbudi believe in the policy of meritocracy in the choice and control of the resources.

Perbudi, has grown from a small company to a sizable company with capabilities to undertake major civil engineering & building works and project management. The growth of the company over the last twenty-two years despite the downturn of the economic lays credential to its resilience and capability. With the projection positive outlook in the economic, Perbudi is now fully geared and regrouped to undertake the challenges and opportunities.
